Each panettone begins with a 100% natural, slow-rising sourdough called a Pasta Madre, and takes three days to develop its special and unique flavour, giving it a rich, velvety texture and buttery taste. All our artisan Panettones are made using the finest, all-natural ingredients with no added preservatives which produce a memorable and exquisite seasonal treat.

This Pistachio Cherry Chocolate Panettone brings contemporary flavours to a true classic. It is speckled with Amarena cherries, sweet pistachios, and milk chocolate, and is topped with an almond glaze and sugar pearls. This truly is a work of culinary art.
