Cherry tomato, rosemary & sea salt sourdough focaccia


I bring to you an Italian treat that can be enjoyed by the whole family. The fluffiness and airiness due to the long fermentation sourdough goes through makes this focaccia enjoyable with a generous size of 15cm x 15cm.

Try it with cheese toasties, dip it in Extra virgin Olive Oil or a bit on balsamic vinegar. I promise, you will come back for more.
